About arb

We built the furniture we wished existed in the market.

We started arb in Alexandria because we wanted office furniture that felt considered, worked hard every day, and was made for the way teams here work. When we couldn’t find enough of it, we began making it ourselves.

The idea behind arb

A better kind of office furniture should feel within reach.

Natural oak office desk with a monitor, chair, and potted plant.

We believe furniture for work can be straightforward and thoughtful at the same time: comfortable to use, durable enough for busy days, and simple to bring together across a space.

That belief shapes what we make, the finishes we choose, and how we help teams plan an office—from one desk to a complete floor.
